Selling with Door Cash

Is the evaluation really free?

Yes. The home visit and the verbal appraisal are free, and there is no obligation to sell anything.

Do I have to sell?

No. You decide piece by piece. Sell all of it, some of it or none of it.

How do you decide what to offer?

For gold, silver and platinum, Matthew tests the purity and weighs each piece in front of you, then bases the offer on that day’s market price. Diamonds, gemstones, coins and watches are evaluated individually.

How do I get paid?

On the spot. For anything you choose to sell, you are paid before Matthew leaves.

What do I need to sell?

A valid photo ID.

Are sales final?

Yes. Once you accept an offer and are paid, the sale is final. That is one reason we never rush you.

What we buy

What do you buy?

Gold, silver, platinum, jewelry, diamonds, coins and bullion, estate jewelry and fine watches. See gold, jewelry, silver, coins, diamonds, estate jewelry and watches.

Do you buy gold-filled or gold-plated items?

No. Matthew can tell you which of your pieces are solid gold.

What if I think it is junk jewelry?

Set it out anyway. Some jewelry that looks like costume turns out to be real, and some that looks valuable is not.

Do you buy broken jewelry?

Yes. Broken chains, bent rings and single earrings are all welcome.

Is any estate too large or too small?

No. We can look at a single ring or an entire collection.

Appointments

Where do you go?

Homes within about 30 miles of San Tan Valley, including Queen Creek, Florence, Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa. Homes farther out are welcome by arrangement.

When can you come?

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Weekends by arrangement. Call, text or schedule online and we will set a time that works for you.

Who comes to my home?

Matthew Ozuzun, our buyer, with 14 years in the jewelry industry. If you would like to confirm your appointment first, call or text Rick at (602) 500-9598.

What should I have ready?

Everything you are curious about, plus any boxes, papers, receipts or past appraisals. More on preparing for a visit.

Can I send a photo first?

Yes. Text it to Rick at (602) 500-9598.

Appraisals

Is a verbal appraisal the same as an insurance appraisal?

No. A verbal appraisal is a spoken assessment of each piece and what we would pay for it. It is free.

Can I get a written appraisal?

Yes. GIA written appraisals are available by request for a fee.
